In all three of the Greater Than flavors, there’s a unique ingredient which offers a key recovery benefit. Whether you’re reaching for Orange Mango, Grape Vine, or Tropical Medley, there are a variety of ingredients which can be added to a blender to create the ultimate recovery solution.

While we’ve previously focused on Greater Than to fuel workouts, we're now shifting this week's focus to rest, recovery, and rejuvenation during athletes’ off days. With today being National Relaxation Day, it's the perfect time to talk about ways to successfully recover so you can get back to your routine.

Below are three tasty recipes for you to choose from. Rest, recover, and rejuvenate the Greater Than way.

 

A Taste of the tRopics

  • 1 Tropical Medley Greater Than
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Cup Diced Pineapple
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Directions

Add the Tropical Medley Greater Than, banana, orange, and diced pineapple first. Pour the ice on top of the added ingredients. Blend on low for 60 seconds, then slowly increase the speed until the ingredients are smoothly mixed.

 

The Sunrise Splash

  • 1 Orange Mango Greater Than
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Directions

Add the Orange Mango Greater Than, mango, orange, and lime first. Pour the ice on top of the added ingredients. Blend on low for 60 seconds, then slowly increase the speed until the ingredients are smoothly mixed.

 

Fresh from the vine

  • 1 Grape Vine Greater Than
  • 1 Cup Concord Grapes
  • 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

Directions

Add the Grape Vine Greater Than, grapes, and pomegranate seeds first. Pour the ice on top of the added ingredients. Blend on low for 60 seconds, then slowly increase the speed until the ingredients are smoothly mixed.
